Margaret has been a real estate broker since 2000 and a licensee since 1996. She started her real estate career working for her mother, Norma Hurley at Norma Hurley Real Estate. Norma, a former college instructor, was an excellent mentor and taught Margaret the property management business, most importantly, the concept of treating your clients with honesty and integrity.
Margaret has worked as a property manager for over 21 years. She brings her experience in all aspects of this business to College Real Estate, Inc. from accounting, to marketing, property inspections to maintenance coordination. Margaret Hurley is a dedicated professional.

Julia has several years of experience in the property management field. She has experience in accounts receivables and payables, maintenance coordination, and as a showing coordinator. She is a versatile thinker and an excellent communicator.
As a human resources specialist she comes to this venture with so much more. Fair housing law and fair employment laws are very similar, and Julie has been able to utilize her knowledge of these laws to the benefit of the owners and tenants. Her degree in psychology and knowledge of business is an asset to our clients. Julie is currently working towards obtaining her real estate license as well.
