The brain child of local entrepreneurs Margaret Hurley and Julia Biscaia, College Real Estate, Inc. is a new venture into Stockton’s growing real estate and property management market, serving the greater Stockton area and Lodi. We have over 21 years of experience in property management in Stockton. Our office is centrally located in the heart of Stockton, the Collegeview neighborhood, where both Julie and Margaret grew up, but College Real Estate, Inc. represents all areas of Stockton.
We at College Real Estate, Inc. want to recognize all that is good about Stockton. Housing is still affordable, compared with other areas of California. We are close to the mountains and the ocean. We have parks, theaters and music. We have a beautiful art museum, the Haggin Museum, which houses an impressive collection. There are great local restaurants and food centered events.
The Stockton area also has several colleges and universities, including the University of the Pacific, San Joaquin Delta College and a satellite for Stanislaus State, as well as Humphreys College and National University. What could be more representative of Stockton than to acknowledge the fine legacy of higher learning this town has to offer?
We also honor Norma Hurley, who taught real estate principles, practices and property management at Delta College for over 20 years. Many of her students are still in real estate, whether as agents or owners of rental properties. We want to recognize her legacy.
